PAYMENT POLICIES

At Prolly, we are committed to transparency and providing you with a seamless travel experience. Kindly review our policies concerning deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds.
Deposits:
To commence the planning process and secure our services, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required. This deposit acts as a commitment fee, enabling us to allocate time and resources to craft a personalized travel experience tailored to your preferences.
Payments:
Upon accepting our services, you will receive a detailed payment schedule. This schedule is designed to accommodate various stages of travel planning, covering itinerary customization, reservations, and coordination with third-party vendors to ensure an exceptional experience. Payment timelines are package-dependent and vary based on requested amenities.
Short-term Planning Fees:
At Prolly, we believe in providing you with the utmost care and attention, ensuring your travel experience exceeds expectations. To facilitate this, we kindly request that travel planning ideally be scheduled at a stage more than two months in advance. This timeframe allows us the opportunity to meticulously handle reservations and accommodations in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring every detail of your journey is curated to perfection.
For clients seeking planning services within a two-month window, a supplementary fee of $200 will apply. For those requiring planning within one month, a $500 fee will be incurred, and we regret that we cannot guarantee the availability of all vendors typically offered.
Client Authorization:
We may seek your authorization to utilize your payment information for specific purposes related to your trip, such as accommodations or activities. Your information will only be used as agreed upon and clearly communicated.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend obtaining separate travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen events. This additional layer of protection can cover cancellations, disruptions, and provide peace of mind throughout your journey.
Cancellation Policy:
While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations post-initial planning stages, additional fees may apply based on the progress of itinerary customization and coordination efforts.
Refund Policy:
In the event of trip cancellations with one month's notice, we will initiate a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit and any applicable third-party refunds. For cancellations beyond this period, the following percentage breakdown will apply:
Between 30 and 15 days before the event: 50% refund
Between 14 and 7 days before the event: 25% refund
Less than 7 days before the event: No refund
Emergency Cancellations:
We genuinely understand that unexpected situations can happen, and we're dedicated to handling these with care on an individual basis. Your well-being and satisfaction remain our top priorities.
Third-Party Refund Policies:
Please be aware that pending payments and refund policies are also contingent upon the terms and conditions of the vendors and service providers we collaborate with to enhance your travel experience. Prolly acts as a liaison between you and these third-party vendors, and their individual refund policies may apply.
In the event of cancellations or modifications that involve external vendors such as accommodations, activities, or transportation services, we will strive to adhere to the policies set forth by these vendors. It's important to note that these policies may vary, and refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the rules and regulations outlined by the specific vendor.
While we make every effort to provide transparency and facilitate smooth communication regarding refund processes, we advise reviewing the terms and conditions of each vendor for a comprehensive understanding of their policies.
